yes55 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Section 01

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "yes55" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the yes55 online casino and sports betting platform operated at yes55.bio and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses a yes55 account or any yes55 service.
• "Account" — refers to a registered yes55 player account, including the associated PKR wallet balance, bonus balance, betting history, and personal profile.
• "Services" — refers to all products offered through yes55, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, e-sports betting, and all associated promotional and support services.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to the verified PKR funds deposited by a player into their yes55 wallet via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other approved payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to any promotional credits, free chips, or bonus PKR amounts credited to a player's account under any yes55 promotional offer, subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer verification process that yes55 applies to player accounts in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible yes55 games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Use of the yes55 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and will continue to be met throughout your use of yes55:

• You are at least 21 years of age. yes55 enforces a minimum age of 21 years old across all services. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to every player regardless of location.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not located in, nor a resident of, any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online casino or sports betting services is prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been excluded from yes55, nor have you been self-excluded from gambling services through any self-exclusion scheme that would include yes55 within its scope.
• All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — is accurate, current, and truthful.
• You will maintain only one active yes55 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

yes55 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your yes55 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. yes55 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password for your yes55 account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your yes55 account where available.
• Never share your yes55 login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your yes55 account on any shared or public device immediately after use.
• Contact yes55 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

yes55 will not be held liable for any losses suffered as a result of a player sharing their account credentials or failing to maintain adequate account security. Any activity carried out using a player's yes55 login credentials — whether authorised or not — remains the responsibility of the registered account holder until yes55 has been formally notified of a security breach and appropriate action has been taken.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

yes55 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the yes55 platform:

Deposits: Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the yes55 cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. yes55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your yes55 account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit, in PKR. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. yes55 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the player's account verification status. yes55 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment account other than the one used for the originating deposit.
• yes55 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• yes55 may impose withdrawal limits and may stage large withdrawals over multiple transactions at its discretion.
• Transaction fees, if any, will be disclosed in the yes55 cashier prior to the player confirming any deposit or withdrawal.

yes55 takes no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network disruptions within the Pakistani payment infrastructure.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

yes55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free chips, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All yes55 promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered, fully verified yes55 players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be wagered thirty times).
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period.
• yes55 does not permit bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses, placing bets that hedge or guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

• Players who yes55 reasonably determines to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their accounts reviewed and may face permanent suspension with forfeiture of all balances.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on yes55 are subject to the platform's standard game and betting rules. The following general principles apply across all yes55 services:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by yes55, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• yes55 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed after the outcome of that event was already determined.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, yes55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to all involved players.
• The outcomes of all yes55 casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness and compliance.
• yes55 sports betting odds are set at the platform's discretion and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed.
• yes55 may impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or player account at any time.
• PSL cricket betting markets, international cricket, football, UFC, and e-sports markets are all subject to the specific sporting rules and market terms published in the yes55 sportsbook at the time of the relevant event.

yes55 maintains detailed records of all gaming transactions. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the yes55 server records shall be the definitive source of truth. Players who believe an error has occurred must contact yes55 support within 72 hours of the relevant event.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the yes55 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of yes55.
• Registering or operating more than one yes55 account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with yes55 services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any yes55 game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in yes55 systems for financial gain.
• Using the yes55 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of cheating in yes55 casino or sportsbook services.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, age verification processes, or account restrictions imposed by yes55.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against yes55 transactions.

8. Responsible Gaming

We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions are built into the yes55 platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits directly within their yes55 account dashboard. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yes55 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any yes55 content without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of yes55 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal legal proceedings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yes55 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the yes55 platform or any of its services.

yes55's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of yes55 services shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that player into their yes55 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yes55 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. yes55 will use reasonable commercial endeavours to maintain platform availability but makes no guarantee in this regard. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages are not grounds for compensation claims.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

yes55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a yes55 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yes55 collects personal data — including your name, date of birth, address, payment information, and gaming activity — for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the delivery of yes55 services. yes55 does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of their personal data held by yes55, subject to yes55's legal obligations to retain certain records under applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yes55 holds its international gaming operating license.

In the event of any dispute between a player and yes55, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting yes55 customer support. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable under yes55's governing jurisdiction.

Players who are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process may also refer their complaint to the applicable independent dispute resolution body recognised by yes55's licensing authority.
